Managing International Business


Provides students with an understanding of management across borders and cultures. International operations and local implementation of global strategies are explored.

Topics include the relationship between head office and international subsidiaries, managing local and global constituencies, competencies for effective international management, managing global and national profitability, managing relations with governments and understanding local trade and business requirements. Global competition and analysis of global industries are also considered.
