Developing New Enterprises
Provides the framework and skills for exploring and establishing a new
business venture. The topics covered include market positioning, viable
and sustainable business models, budget and capital needs, developing
business strategy, exploiting global opportunities and building
relationships with financiers and venture capitalists. Students are
taught how to develop a business plan.
