Agneta W Flinck
In my capacity as a Lecturer at the Unit of Education, Department of Sociology, Lund University, I am primarily engaged in the area of Education in and for Working Life. In the programme, Human Resource Development and Labour Relations I am responsible for the in-depth optional courses that constitute the final phase of the programme, more specifically, those that deal with organizational change, learning in working life and leadership. My special area of interest is leadership development in general, and leadership for change in particular.
Since 1981 I have also worked in developing countries as a consultant with various aspects of organizational change, leadership and Human Resource Development.
