In QPS (Quality and Progress System) you can conduct all types of educational assessment. The system can also be used as a learning platform instead of Canvas. QPS is only available to staff and students at the Faculty of Medicine in Lund.

QPS can be used for examination components such as

  • digital exams on campus
  • laboratory work
  • work-based learning (VFU)
  • patient simulations
  • reflections
  • practical exercises.

The system can also function as a learning platform for your course or programme instead of Canvas. In QPS, you can communicate with students and post learning materials on course pages.

Everything in the system (such as exam questions and assessment matrices) is linked to learning objectives and outcomes. This makes it possible to monitor how well your course design is working and how your students are progressing.

How to start using QPS

You usually receive information about QPS when introduced to your new post, but you can also attend a drop-in session for help and support. Find a time that suits you on the Faculty of Medicine's website about QPS.
