Exploring the use of GAI tools to support class preparation – seminar

This is an introduction to the use of GAI tools. You will get the chance to try things out, compare your outputs with those of others, and ask questions, particularly about the use of GAI tools in higher education.

Are there any possible uses of GAI tools to support you in preparing class materials? We will look at the pedagogical, practical and ethical aspects of this, and the session will cover:

  • Generating course plans using GAI tools 
  • Generating session/lesson plans using GAI tools 
  • Generating discussion materials using GAI tools

You can also bring your own ideas and examples to try out. 

This session is suitable for anyone teaching or training in the university. The session will be held in English, but materials will be provided in both Swedish and English, and discussions can take place in your choice of language.
