Webinars in Zoom

For certain meetings, you may want to limit participants' ability to interact, for example, during thesis defences or open lectures. In such cases, you can organise a webinar. In LU Zoom, you can hold webinars for up to 500 participants.

The university also has several licences for webinars with space for 1,000 participants. Contact the Service Desk if you are planning to organise such a meeting.

More information about webinars in Zoom can be found in our Zoom guide.

Support for Zoom during conferences and thesis defences

Do you need help organising a conference or thesis defence in a fully digital or hybrid format? If so, please contact LU Conference. They can help with various technical solutions, among other things.
